Applicants must have less than 5 years experience and be willing to participate in all five tracks of the Academy within two years and must be supported by their state adviser. National Consultant Team Applications Now Available NCT members assist national staff in state and national professional learning training, take on staff duties at national meetings, and act as an extension of national staff. The submission deadline for applications is March 1. New NCT members will be trained at the 2010 National Leadership Conference and will be expected to attend.
