Phase IV—Mentorship

Held in conjunction with the state level

Overview: Phase IV of the FCCLA Ultimate State officer Academy is mentorship training. While the year of state officer service will have recently concluded, the legacy and impact of the year of service will leave a legacy. Phase IV will concentrate on key successes and lessons learned during the year.  Officers will receive materials in their state to mentor the incoming officers.  This is an opportunity for officers to work one on one with other officers in their state by sharing experiences, working on projects, and gearing up for a great year of the ultimate leadership experience!
