National Recognition

FCCLA recognizes its members and advisers for their outstanding dedication and achievement through a variety of recognition programs.

FCCLA has 8 national programs: Career Connections; FACTS (Families Acting for Community Traffic Safety); Families First; Financial Fitness; Leadership Service in Action; Power of One; Stop the Violence and Student Body. Individual Awards:

Individual student accomplishments are recognized via FCCLA’s Power of One National Program, and through Youth Scholarship Awards.

Competitive Events Awards

FCCLA students can participate in three different types of Competitive Events: STAR (Students Taking Action with Recognition) Events; LifeSmarts KnowledgeBowl; and Skill Demonstration Events. To learn more about each of these visit the FCCLA Competitive Events webpage.
