Registration is required to participate in all sessions at Capitol Leadership. Name badges will be checked for admission into the sessions.

All Capitol Leadership sessions will take place at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill.

$185 per room per night (1-4 person occupancy) plus state and local taxes*

Registration Deadlines

  • October 7, 2021
    • Capitol Leadership and National Fall Conference housing reservations deadline.
    • Capitol Leadership and National Fall Conference regular registration rate ends at 5:00 PM ET and the late registration rates are in effect starting at 5:01 PM ET.
    • Cancellations must be submitted by 5:00 PM ET through the FCCLA portal to be eligible for a refund, less applicable administrative fee of $25. No refunds will be honored for cancellations received after this deadline.
    • Substitutions must be submitted by 5:00 PM ET through the FCCLA portal to be processed at no charge. Requests made after this date will incur a $25 administrative fee per substitution.
  • October 21, 2021
    • Capitol Leadership and National Fall Conference registration full payment deadline. Open invoices after this date will be assessed a $25 late fee.
    • For any chapter that no longer is allowed to travel due to school/county/state travel restrictions, FCCLA will accept cancellations submitted by 5:00 PM ET through the FCCLA portal to be eligible for a refund, less applicable administrative fee of $25. To qualify for this cancellation, FCCLA will need a supporting letter on school letterhead stating when the ban was implemented and signed by the principal or school superintendent.
