The Ultimate Leadership Fund
Each year, FCCLA offers members a distinctive opportunity for immersive leadership development, community involvement, and career preparation. By joining FCCLA, students acquire college- and career-readiness skills that empower them to become leaders in their families, careers, and communities.
Launched in 2020, the Ultimate Leadership Fund is FCCLA's annual mission-driven giving campaign. This campaign is dedicated to nurturing the organization's growth while directly addressing the unique needs of its valued members and chapters across the nation. The campaign allocates funds to provide support grants for member affiliations, grants for chapters and individuals, recognition for Competitive Events, and targeted assistance in areas of greatest need.
FCCLA supporters allow the organization to continue to enhance Family and Consumer Sciences education in the classroom while establishing FCCLA as the premier Family and Consumer Sciences career pathway organization.

The FCCLA National Executive Council has set a goal to raise $1,000 each to support the Ultimate Leadership Fund. FCCLA Ultimate Leadership Fund Virtual Auction
As part of the annual fundraising campaign, FCCLA is thrilled to host the Ultimate Leadership Fund Virtual Auction during FCCLA Week, from February 9-13, 2026. This exciting online event brings together members, advisers, alumni, and supporters to celebrate FCCLA’s achievements and promote the organization’s mission nationwide. The Virtual Auction
will feature a diverse array of items, with photos and bidding information readily accessible to all FCCLA supporters. All proceeds from the auction will directly benefit the Ultimate Leadership Fund, supporting the growth and development of FCCLA.
Seeking Donations
To make the Ultimate Leadership Fund Virtual Auction a success, we are seeking donations of items to feature in the event. The deadline to send an item is December 1, 2025. Your contribution will play a vital role in supporting FCCLA’s mission and providing resources and opportunities that empower students to develop leadership skills and make a positive impact in their communities.
