Career Connection helps members learn more about themselves, the workplace, and future careers to put themselves on the pathway to success. The projects that members conduct around Career Connection units will give them the confidence to face the thousands of overwhelming options that come with future career decisions.

• My Path - Members identify steps to reach career and lifestyle goals.

Career Connection Logo Meaning

The Career Connection logo represents direction, exploration, and the journey toward a successful future.

The road cutting through the design symbolizes the path each student creates as they explore careers and make decisions about their future. It reflects that no two journeys are the same, and that success is built through intentional choices, exploration, and growth over time.

The arc above the road represents forward momentum and opportunity. It reflects the idea of looking ahead, setting goals, and continuously moving toward new possibilities. This aligns with the progression of the program as students move from self-discovery to career readiness.

The color segments within the arc represent the wide range of career opportunities available and the many directions students can pursue. They reflect exploration, exposure to different industries, and the ability to connect personal interests and skills to future careers.

Together, these elements reflect the four units of Career Connection. Students begin by understanding themselves in My Skills, learn to balance life roles in My Life, explore and prepare for careers in My Career, and take actionable steps toward their goals in My Path.
