Through partnerships with leading national organizations, FCCLA provides opportunities for members to earn credentials that demonstrate readiness for both postsecondary education and the workforce.
These certifications are embedded within FCCLA’s Competitive Event experiences and aligned with nationally recognized standards in their respective industries. Whether students are pursuing careers in culinary arts, hospitality, governance, or public service, these credentials affirm their knowledge, technical skills, and professional preparedness.

American Culinary Federation (ACF)
Certified Fundamental Cook (CFC®) and Certified Fundamental Pastry Cook (CFPC®) – stackable, portable credentials recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor and the culinary industry nationwide. Offered to Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry STAR Event competitors at the national level. -
National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP)
Student Membership Exam – a credentialed entry point into one of the nation’s leading professional parliamentary organizations, open to members year-round via remote testing.
