Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc. (“FCCLA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our members, advisers, partners, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how FCCLA collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information and non-personal information across our websites and digital platforms, including the FCCLA membership affiliation system and other services we operate or use from time to time (“Sites”). By using our Sites, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

FCCLA collects information in a variety of ways, including when you:
- Affiliate as a member or adviser through the FCCLA membership system.

- School or organization name and related information.
- Membership, registration, and affiliation data (e.g., grade level, graduation year).

- Schools and advisers may act in place of parents/guardians to provide consent for school-related participation.
- FCCLA does not condition participation on the disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary.

Data Security
FCCLA uses industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. Sensitive data (such as payment information) is encrypted and processed through secure third-party providers. While FCCLA strives to protect your information, no transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and FCCLA cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
