Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator

The Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator supports FCCLA’s visual branding and marketing efforts by producing cohesive, high-quality design assets across digital and print platforms. This role leads the execution of graphic design projects, contributes to social media content creation, and supports the implementation of marketing campaigns that strengthen FCCLA’s brand presence and advance organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented professional who takes initiative, demonstrates strong ownership of their work, and consistently delivers designs that align with FCCLA’s brand standards and mission.

Location Requirement: Applicants must be based in or around Herndon, Virginia or be willing to relocate. This position begins with an on-site period at FCCLA’s headquarters and transitions to a hybrid schedule of two in-office days and three remote days per week.


Leadership and Programs Manager

The Leadership and Programs Manager oversees key FCCLA leadership functions, including the National Executive Council, National Officer Candidates, State Officer Networks, and recognition of youth achievements, while also leading the development of general session presentations for national meetings. This role provides strategic direction for leadership training and program implementation, ensuring strong leadership development and operational excellence across FCCLA initiatives.
