The Rosen Centre Hotel is the official hotel for the 2025 Chapter Adviser Summit. All sessions will be held at the hotel.

*Current tax rate= 12.5% room tax plus a 1% Orange County Convention Center District (OCCCD) fund per room per night, subject to change

  • 330 square feet
  • Includes two queen-sized beds, a spacious bathroom with sleek and polished furnishings, a calming color palette, and tech-friendly integrations to keep you rested and recharged. The room is stocked with a 50” flat panel TV, mini refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, in-room safe, iron, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

ROOM RESERVATIONS

Hotel reservations must be made on the official Chapter Adviser Summit housing reservation site. After submitting your registration on the FCCLA Portal, the primary chapter adviser will automatically receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to make hotel reservations. If you do not receive a registration confirmation email within 48 hours, email meetings@fcclainc.org. Check your spam or junk mail folder for the email as well.

Reservations made by third-party booking sites (Expedia, Orbitz, Kayak, etc.) or directly with the hotel will not be included in the FCCLA hotel block and will not qualify as staying within the FCCLA housing block. FCCLA cannot accept responsibility for reservations booked improperly.

 

Housing Policies

  • Hotel Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

    Hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit or debit card. Five days prior to arrival, a one-night room rate plus tax will be authorized or held on your credit card but not charged. Please Note: Using a debit card will remove funds from the bank account. If authorization is declined, the reservation will be canceled.

    Cancellation must be made by 4:00 PM ET at least 5 days before arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax.

  • Housing Policy

    Room rates and cost of meeting space are based on an anticipated room pick‐up. It is important that FCCLA attendees stay within the official meeting hotel block when attending the meeting.

    Attendees not staying within the official meeting hotel block will be assessed a $125 fee per registration. This policy will not be implemented once the hotel block is completely sold out. Availability of a preferred room type will not provide an exemption from this policy.

    Only registered meeting attendees are eligible to take advantage of the FCCLA-negotiated room rates within the FCCLA housing block dates.

    It is important that you make your hotel reservations before booking travel arrangements.

  • Housing Payments

    A credit card is required when making your room reservations to guarantee the room(s). The card on file will not be charged until you arrive onsite but an amount will be held on the card five days prior to your arrival (See hotel guarantee/cancellation policy above). If paying your final bill with another credit card or check, see the specific instructions below.

    If paying the final bill by check, the hotel must receive a check for the full payment at least 14 business days prior to your arrival.  A credit card must be provided at check-in if the hotel receives the check less than 14 days after your arrival. Once the check clears, you can request reimbursement from the hotel for the credit card charged. All checks must be made payable to Rosen Centre Hotel and mailed to the address below. *Make sure to include the reservation name and confirmation number to assist the hotel.

    If paying the final bill with a credit card, not in your possession or without your name, please call the reservations department (provided in your registration confirmation email) with your reservation name and confirmation number(s) to receive the secure credit card authorization link.

    Payments for hotel reservations should not be mailed to FCCLA National Headquarters. If a payment for housing is inadvertently sent to FCCLA, it will be returned to you. These payments will not be forwarded to the hotel.

    Tax Exemption

    Certain non-profit organizations and governmental entities that meet specific criteria in the Application for Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption are exempted from Florida sales and use tax. Florida law requires that these organizations obtain an exemption certificate from the Florida Department of Revenue. The Department will issue a Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption to each organization/entity that qualifies for an exemption. The certificate will be valid for a period of five years.     If paying in advance, a copy of the certificate should be sent with the check payment or credit card authorization information. Please also bring a copy with you to provide at check-in.
