GENERAL SESSIONS

At the National Leadership Conference, attendees will experience a series of inspiring and impactful general sessions led by the National Executive Council. These sessions will feature keynote speakers, award presentations, member and adviser recognitions, and exciting events like the Fashion Show, STAR Events recognition, and National Officer elections. Each session is designed to celebrate accomplishments, conduct essential business, and build momentum for the upcoming year. Don't miss the opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate with FCCLA Members and leaders from across the nation!

  • Opening General Session

    Join us as we kick off the National Leadership Conference with the National Executive Council. Key events occurring during this session include:

    • Introductions of Current National Officers
    • Presentation of Awards
    • Keynote Speaker – Alton Fitzgerald White
    • Introduction of the National Officer Candidates
  • Top 20 National Officer Candidate Speeches

    Listen to the top 20 National Officer Candidate speeches prior to the 2025-2026 National Officer Elections.

  • Business Session

    The National Executive Council conducts the organization's official business, reporting on key topics to all members and facilitates the vote on proposed bylaw amendment(s) approved through the National Board of Directors. All attendees are welcome.

    Join the National Executive Council and peers from across the nation to celebrate the successes of outstanding accomplishments of fellow members, and chapters. Key events occurring during this session include:

    • Presentation of Awards
    • Say Yes to FCS Signing Ceremony
    • Skill Demonstration Event and Challenge Testing Awards
  • Adviser Recognition, Fashion Show, & Knowledge Bowl Finals

    Join the National Executive Council and peers from across the nation to honor the outstanding accomplishments of chapter advisers, and their chapters. Key events occurring during this session include:

    • FCCLA/ LifeSmarts Knowledge Bowl Finals
    • Award presentations
    • Fashion Show
    • 2025-2026 National Officer Introductions
  • STAR Events Finalist Session

    FCCLA will recognize the top ten STAR Event finalists from each event at each level. Come cheer on these finalists and support their hard work throughout the year and see the top three (3) in each event and each level receive recognition and applicable scholarships.

  • Closing General Session

    Join us as we close out the conference with these key events:
