FCCLA's Ultimate Leadership Fund is a mission-driven campaign that helps to grow the organization and support the needs of members and chapters by designating funds to provide affiliation support grants, chapter and individual grants, Competitive Event recognition, and support for additional areas of greatest need.

Members develop skills for life through: character development, creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge, and career preparation.
