-
Member Affiliation Info Form (PDF)
Use these forms to gather all necessary student details before entering data into the FCCLA Portal. This step helps avoid duplication and ensures accuracy during entry.
Affiliating / Uploading Your Members to the FCCLA Portal
Once you have gathered your member information, you are ready to affiliate through the FCCLA Portal. There are two options to choose from depending on what works best for your chapter:
1. Individual Member Entry
Input each member’s information directly into the FCCLA Portal. This method is helpful if you have a small chapter or want to review entries one at a time.
2. Bulk CSV Upload
If you are working with a larger group of students, streamline the process by using FCCLA’s CSV Template. Enter student information into the spreadsheet, then drag and drop it into the FCCLA Portal for fast, organized data upload.

FCCLA offers so many incredible opportunities for students to lead, grow, and connect—but we know that can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you are just getting started.
Our best advice? Start simple. Once your chapter is affiliated, choose one area to focus on in your first year—whether it is a National Program, a Competitive Event, or attending a local conference. You will build momentum as you go.
And remember: you are never alone. FCCLA is here to support you every step of the way. If you ever feel stuck, uncertain, or just want to talk through your next step, please do not hesitate to reach out. Whether it is your State Adviser or our national membership team, we are always ready to help.
