Competitive Events Scholarships

Scholarship opportunities are awarded to National STAR Events Level 3 participants in select events at the National Leadership Conference. These awards are offered by partners and are not administered by FCCLA. Final tuition scholarship award amounts are determined by the sponsoring partner. For information on state association scholarship opportunities, please contact your state FCCLA adviser.

Culinary Arts

Scholarship opportunities include tuition, fees and/or books, and are not a direct cash payment to the recipient.

Johnson and Wales University

  • 1st Place - $1,000 per team member

The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts

  • 1st Place - $7,000 per team member
  • 2nd Place - $5,000 per team member
  • 3rd Place - $3,000 per team member

The Culinary Institute of America

  • 1st Place - $4,000 per team member
  • 2nd Place - $3,500 per team member
  • 3rd Place - $3,000 per team member

  • Two one full year scholarships will be awarded

  • Two top Scoring Female High School Sophomore scholarships of $400 to attend 2020 Summer Workshop will be awarded
